CCAP, the Congregational Community Action Project, is a cooperative ministry of 45 area churches and one synagogue serving Winchester and Frederick County that have joined together to provide financial, material and supportive assistance to people in need.

 

CCAP maintains a complete food pantry, operates a clothing room for both genders of all sizes, and offers assistance in other areas such as rents, utilities and prescription drugs.

Our hours of operation are:

8:30 am to 2:30 pm, Monday to Thursday
